Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the boots pass our quality inspection.
